Koerner Hall
Koerner Hall Review
Artists and audiences quickly fell in love with this handsome 1,135-seat concert hall with rich acoustics and undulating wood "strings" floating overhead when it opened in 2009. Performers have included such greats as Yo-Yo Ma, Chick Corea, Ravi Shankar, Concha Buika, and Savion Glover. The hall is part of The Royal Conservatory's arts-education facility, the TELUS Centre for Performance and Learning.
