Situated in the affluent Rosedale area, Globe Earth is a neighborhood bistro that's surprisingly laid-back, with cool black-and-gray furniture, wooden floors, and a marble bar. Many meat dishes are prepared in the wood-burning oven, like the BBQ platter featuring ribs, smoked chicken thighs,
beef sausage, algonquin corn grits, and slaw which is succulent, not greasy or cloying. All in all, it's a great value.
