Never wavering from its focus on elegance, good taste, classic food, and professional service, Bellini's has stood the test of time. How can one choose from dishes such as veal agnolotti with grilled oyster mushrooms; roasted pistachio-crusted seabass; the siren call of Provimi veal osso buco with saffron risotto and lemon-thyme jus; or lobster risotto with honey mushrooms, mascarpone cheese, and chervil? This is a romantic haven and a quiet oasis for visiting celebs.
