Fodor's Review:
A feast of herbivorous cuisine jumps off the page of meat- and dairy-free menu here (some dishes contain eggs). Vegetable soups are silken and perfumed with coconut milk and ginger; pasta dishes are plump with mushrooms and vegetables. Desserts like the chocolate terrine amaze. Sip a groove juice (made from cucumber, celery, kale, and other greens) while you wait for your main course. It's all served in a room decorated with natural materials: ceiling pipes are covered by woven twigs, and piles of rocks and herb-filled jars enhance the environment.
