Pantages Hotel Review
Clean lines, gleaming hardwood flooring, and brushed-steel accent exude contemporary cool at this hotel. Rooms are all suites and come equipped with down duvets and pillows, LCD flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi; deluxe suites have European kitchenettes, sofa beds, and closeted washer-dryer units—convenient for longer stays. As befits a hotel named after the legendary Pantages Theatre (now the Canon Theatre), there's a sense of drama in the lobby, with both hotel guests and condominium residents coming and going, and the on-site Martini Bar is packed any night of the week. Yoga mats are supplied in the guest rooms, and the hotel's full-size gym and a full-service Shizen spa are selling points. Romantic packages, starting at $332 per couple, could include a couples' massage in the spa, facials, chocolate-dipped strawberries, champagne, or breakfast in bed. The in-house chef prepares the Continental breakfasts, room service, and the Martini Bar menu.
