Fodor's Review:

The outdoor market has a vibrant ethnic mix and charming restaurants, and sells everything from great cheese, coffee, nuts, and spices to natural foods, South American delicacies, and Portuguese baked goods. Vintage-clothing lovers delight in the shops tucked into houses lining the streets. Saturday is the best day to go, preferably by public transit; parking is difficult.

  • Metro: St. Patrick, then streetcar west
