The Paddock

Fodor's Review:

Glamorous types pack this art deco-style bar all week to swill specialty cocktails and premium beers and sample the above-average fare, which includes local Ontario produce and game like bison ribs, elk carpaccio, caribou, and lamb. A capacious dark-wood bar curves along two walls of the room, while high-backed booths offer a little more privacy. CDs of legendary jazz artists play during dinner.

  • Metro: 501 Queen West streetcar to Bathurst St.
