Fodor's Review

For all things bacon, Rashers has no equal. The full bacon experience is represented, from the sizzling strips of American to the iconic Canadian peameal. The showstopper is definitely the Hogtown, the ultimate breakfast sandwich made from peameal bacon topped with an egg on a white butter-brushed bun. Those looking for a bit of English flair can opt for the Bacon Butty, featuring rashers (Irish/British style bacon) with beer mayo and brown butter sauce. Those willing to walk on the wild side can try the boar with cider glaze.
