Casa Mia Ristorante

Casa Mia Ristorante Review

Fresh, quality ingredients done simply and in generous portions are what make this off-the-beaten-path restaurant, about a 10-minute drive from the falls. A free shuttle service from Niagara Falls hotels whisks guests to this labor of love, owned and operated by the Mollica family. Modern Amalfi Coast-inspired decor brings a seaside terrace indoors, and it all feels miles, not minutes, away from the city's tourist attractions. To start, try a delectable bresaola (air-dried salted beef) served with arugula, Parmigiano-Reggiano shavings, and fragrant truffled dwarf peaches, drizzled with balsamic and truffle oils. Move on to tender pieces of shredded duck confit over linguine in a white-truffle-duck-broth reduction. A sommelier is on hand with suggestions from the 300-plus-label cellar.
