Skylon Tower Review

Rising 775 feet above the falls, this is the best view of the great Niagara Gorge and the entire city. The indoor-outdoor observation deck has visibility up to 130 km (80 mi) on a clear day. Other reasons to visit include amusements for children, a revolving dining room, a gaming arcade, and a 3-D theater that lets you experience the falls up close. Tickets are sometimes as much as 50% off if purchased online.

    Eat There

    If you eat there, the entrance fee is waived, and the restaurant is at the top floor--so I don't see why anyone would go there without eating at the restaurant.
