Niagara-on-the-Lake's first winery restaurant is still one of its best. After a complimentary winery tour and tasting, you can continue to indulge in the spacious, light-filled dining room with big double doors framing vineyards almost as far as the eye can see. The menu of locally inspired cuisine changes every six weeks. Tasting menus (C$85) are available to try such culinary masterpieces as wild sockeye salmon with asparagus and fennel slaw, and Perth lamb pot pie with tomato-and-rhubarb terrine. Niagara strawberry shortcake is just one delicious dessert from the pastry chef that goes nicely with one of the in-house ice wines. Lunch is more affordable and just as luxurious as dinner; Sunday brunch with starter, main, and dessert is a steal at C$48.
