Fodor's Review:

Rising 775 feet above the falls, Skylon Tower offers the best view of the great Niagara Gorge and the entire city. The indoor-outdoor observation deck has visibility up to 130 km (80 mi) on a clear day. Amusements for children plus a revolving dining room are other reasons to visit. The lower level has a gaming arcade, and there's a 3-D theater within the compound.

  • Open: Mid-June-early Sept., daily 8AM-midnight; early Sept.-mid June, 9AM-10PM most days.

If you eat there, the entrance fee is waived, and the restaurant is at the top floor--so I don't see why anyone would go there without eating at the restaurant.
