Biking

Ottawa has 150 km (93 mi) of bicycle paths. On Sunday morning Queen Elizabeth Drive, Colonel By Drive, and the Ottawa River Parkway are closed to traffic until noon for cyclists. Rent A Bike (613/241-4140), across from the National Arts Centre beside the dock for Paul's Boat Line, rents bicycles, including tandems, for riders of all ages.
