Hall's Harbour Review
You'll see one of the best natural harbors on the upper Bay of Fundy and some of the highest tides anywhere in Hall's Harbour (16 km (10 mi) north of Kentville via Highway 359. Go for a walk on a gravel beach bordered by cliffs, try sea kayaking, or seek out the artistans whose studios open here during summer months.
While you're in the neighborhood, be sure to sample the eponymous specialty at Hall's Harbour Lobster Pound & Restaurant. 1157 West Halls Harbour Rd., B0P 1J0. 902/679-5299. www.hallsharbourlobster.com. Closed mid-Oct.-mid-May.
