This pleasant, chronically cute restaurant at Kedy's Landing (you'll see it just as you approach town from Exit 10) has a fine view of Mahone Bay and the city's three charming churches. The broad Canadian-style menu has poultry and meats, an understandable emphasis on chowders and seafood, and a few vegetarian options. The Heavenly Chicken (in a white wine and cream sauce) has been a delicious mainstay at the café for years, and the apple strudel (made in-house by the Bavarian-born chef) alone is worth a visit.
