Fodor's Review

Built just above the high-water mark, on the edge of the Summerville Beach Provincial Park, these quality villas make you feel like you're staying on a houseboat. Each has a furnished deck, and propane fireplaces keep things cozy. Many units have a full kitchen, making them practical as well. Two smaller, more secluded cottages are also available. The lawns leading down to the water invite lounging, and the long sandy beach is a launchpad for sea kayakers and body surfers.

The resort's landmark grill is known for its seafood dishes, especially lobster tails stuffed with scallops and shrimp.
