Point of View Suites Review

This modern hotel, built to resemble an oversized beach house, is the closest property to the Fortress of Louisbourg and the only one on the water. Some of the bright suites have balconies and full kitchens, and some of the more spacious apartments have three queen-size beds and Jacuzzis. There is a casual restaurant ($$-$$$) that specializes in lobster-and-crab boils during the summer, plus a "Beggar's Banquet" option for visitors hankering to chow down—and dress up—like the area's 18th-century inhabitants.
