Judique

Like so many Cape Breton communities, Judique is only a little clutch of buildings with Highway 19 running straight through as the main street. Nevertheless, the presence of the Celtic Music Interpretive Centre makes Judique an essential destination for anyone interested in the island music scene. Need some fresh air before getting back in the car and continuing up the Ceilidh Trail? The coastal area around Judique is good for hiking (a portion of the Trans-Canada Trail threads through) as well as swimming. For an offshore experience, consider taking a tour out of Little Judique Harbour.
