The Sprout

The Sprout Review

Local artists and craftspeople display their creations on the walls here, but works of art also arrive at your table in the form of salads, soups (including the Me-So Hungry Miso Soup), sandwiches (a house favorite being the Bravocado—cheese, avocado, and sprouts on homemade whole-grain bread), tapas, and mains. For excellent vegetarian fare, try the falafel platter, the black-bean burrito, or the organic-vegetable stir-fry, or perhaps a burger of the tofu, lentil, or chickpea ("Give Peas a Chance") variety. The vegan chocolate mousse is decadent. Gluten free options are also available.
