Saint John Ale House

Saint John Ale House Review

The gastro-pub concept has been fully embraced here, and it couldn't be in a better location, with a great patio overlooking the downtown waterfront. Drawing on supplies from local farmers, fishermen, and food producers, the menu presents "progressive pub food." This might include soy citrus roasted Atlantic salmon fillet, chicken breast with a beer-based curry sauce, or a tender, 30-day dry-aged porterhouse steak, and even the more basic options, like fish-and-chips and cheeseburgers, have the gourmet touch. There's a mind-boggling beer menu, too, including brews from local microbreweries.
