Hotel Paulin Review

Caraquet is famous not only for lobsters, oysters, artisans, and festivals, but also for Hotel Paulin. A classic Victorian hotel built in 1891, it's now a historic boutique-style hotel on the Bay of Chaleur. Still owned and operated by the Paulin family, it's more than just a place to stay and dine. The owners are familiar with the area and can make off-the-beaten-path recommendations. Excellence can be found in every room, every meal, and every encounter. The nightly three- or four-course meals depend on guest preferences and what is fresh (local foods like a superb goat cheese are used, and seafood comes straight from the bay).
