St. Martins Country Inn Review

High on a hill overlooking the Bay of Fundy, the appeal of this restored sea captain's home comes from both its Victorian interiors and the accomplished cuisine on offer. In keeping with the age of the house, it's furnished with antiques, including old-fashioned wallpaper and quilts. The adjacent carriage house has four rooms, and children are welcome to stay here, though not in the main inn. Formal dinners in the Candlelight Dining Room are excellent, and coquille St. Martins, a rich medley of lobster, scallops, shrimp, and crab in a creamy wine sauce, is the house specialty.
