Auberge le Vieux Presbytère de Bouctouche Review

Near the water, this lovely inn was formerly a rectory and then a retreat house complete with chapel (now a conference room). The restaurant, Le Tire Bouchon ($$), serves seafood and Acadian fare, and the terraced café is lovely for lunch.
