Fodor's Review:
A decadent menu featuring such dishes as pork braised in whiskey or hake cooked in sherry attracts a sleek and noisy crowd. But the real specialty of the house is ceviche; the menu lists 10 variations of raw fish "cooked" in citrus. The cocktails are also excellent. This is one place that has managed to modernize the martini without mangling it.
