Fodor's Review:
Rosalie's long blond-wood bar and tubular steel chairs are all very trendy, but it's the big terrasseout front that draws the crowds on late summer afternoons. The thirtysomething professionals who pour in after work for a martini or two often stay for an early supper before heading out on the town. Try the roast chicken with a white-wine sauce or, for something simpler, what is perhaps the best steak-frites in town.
