Get to Church. The Basilique Notre-Dame is not to be missed.
Indulge in Art. Montréal has a flurry of fabulous museums and galleries, including the Musée des Beaux-Arts and the McCord Museum.
Party Till Dawn. There's a strong history of late-night revelry in this city. Stroll along rue St-Denis or rue Crescent at about 10:30 PM and look for the place with the longest line and the rudest doorman.
Sample World Cuisine. Swoon over culinary innovations at Toqué! and Globe, but don't leave without trying the local eats: smoked meat, barbecued chicken, and soggy stimés (steamed hot dogs).
Shop Till You Drop. Thanks to Cité Souterraine (the Underground City), shopping is a year-round sport. Add in the trendy boutiques on avenue Monkland, boulevard St-Laurent, and rue St-Denis, and your Visa will get a workout.
