Fodor's Review:

Halifax has a burgeoning film industry, the product of which is presented at the Atlantic Film Festival, held the third week in September. The festival also showcases feature films, TV movies, and documentaries made outside of Halifax. Admission to films often includes admission to a party or gala event following the screening.
