For the better part of two decades, this sprawling stone complex where Alexander Keith once brewed the beer that still bears his name has been better known as a Saturday farmers' market, but it also hosts several excellent eateries and a bakery (Cheelin, City Deli, Mary's Bread Basket) as well as gift shops, and a historic working brew house -- complete with costumed interpreters to guide you through the process. At this writing, the market was scheduled to move to a seven-day operation called the Farmers' Seaport Market, in a brand new, green energy building at Pier 20, 1061 Marginal Road.
