Bearfoot Bistro Review
As one of Whistler's top destination restaurants, this elegant bistro never fails to impress. The French-inspired cuisine means that the menu choices, which change daily depending on the availabilty of local products, may include anything from a rack of wild caribou with sweet corn to pepper-crusted elk carpaccio to steamed Dungeness crab with garlic herbed butter.
