Paprika Bistro Review
Local farmers, fishers, and winemakers provide most of the ingredients at this intimate neighborhood bistro, where the French- and Italian-inspired seasonal menus might include such starters as Cortes Island mussels and house-made charcuterie, followed by just-caught local fish. Three small rooms with brocade booths and local art on the walls are warm, romantic, and informal. The cozy 80-seat restaurant is a local favorite.
