Fodor's Review

Housed in a handsome Victorian building near Market Square, this eatery goes organic, free-range, and local in its omelets, brioches, French toast, and homemade granola breakfasts and its lunches of homemade soups, thick sandwiches, and tasty baked treats. A brick patio with an outdoor fireplace is partially glassed in so you can lunch alfresco even on chilly days. Willie's claims to be the oldest bakery in British Columbia and bread is still baked in the back room, just as it has been since 1887.
