Fodor's Review

Expect to devour plenty of local, seasonal ingredients at this order-at-the-counter bistro with a daily changing menu. The bill of fare typically includes homemade soup, salads, and innovative sandwiches—perhaps "smashed chickpeas" with roasted peppers and olives, or lamb merguez sausage with mint cashew pesto—as well as more substantial fare, like seafood with Thai green curry and yams or a trout salad with bacon, green beans, and a tomato vinaigrette. You can pop in for a muffin and coffee in the morning, or take a break with a chocolate-oatmeal cookie or a raspberry-coconut bar later in the day. There are just a few tables, so expect to wait or take your meal to go.
