CLOSED Urban and hip, Spruce could almost be described as a medical spa since treatments such as Botox and acupuncture are on the menu in addition to regular spa services. Geo-Thermal Stone Therapy, one of the lab's signature treatments, involves the placement of warm and cool stones on the body's different energy centers. It also includes a full body massage, making it a much more dynamic experience than the usual stone massage.
