Klahowya Village

Klahowya Village Review

Celebrating the cultures of the First Nations whose historical territory encompasses parts of Stanley Park, this aboriginal village is staffed by First Nations artisans and performers who demonstrate carving, weaving, and other crafts, perform traditional dances, and hold storytelling sessions to narrate aboriginal legends. You can take a ride on the "Spirit Catcher" train, the child-size steam train that chugs through the woods, and sample aboriginal foods in the Raven's Landing café. The village is a short walk from the Stanley Park bus loop, the terminus for Bus 19 from downtown; the park shuttle stops nearby as well.
