A new concept in Vancouver, the Wine Room is devoted to nurturing the inner oenophile in all of us by offering wines that you usually can't get by the glass. In other words, at long last there's a place in Vancouver that's taking wine seriously. It's part of Joey Bentall One, but has its own dedicated entrance. Cocktails at the Long Bar aren't too bad, either. Signature martinis include the Hawaiian Hi Five (rum sloshed with fruit juice) and the Thai Lover (lychee-flavored liqueur, pineapple, and passion fruit).
