Campagnolo

Campagnolo Review

On a dark block near the Main St./Science World SkyTrain station, this relaxed trattoria lights up the neighborhood with its welcoming vibe and casually contemporary Italian fare. The kitchen cures its own salumi, including soppressata, capicola, and various sausages—these make good starters, as do the addictive ceci (chick peas). House-made pastas and a small selection of mains take their inspiration from the Emiglia-Romagna and Piemonte regions, updated with B.C. ingredients. Reservations are accepted only for groups of eight or more, but you can unwind with a glass of wine in the lounge if you have to wait.
