Stunning views of the harbor, mountains, and Stanley Park from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the guest rooms are one of the highlights of this luxuriously modern 23-story hotel across the street from Vancouver's cruise-ship terminal. Rooms are light and airy, with blond-wood furnishings and original, contemporary Canadian artwork. Elevator waits can be frustrating, but remember that rooms on the lower floors won't have the same fabulous views. Next to the mountain-view pool is a rooftop herb garden with a number of beehives cared for by the hotel's Bee Concierge (honestly).
