Fodor's Review:

A chocolatier since 1907, Purdy's knows a thing or two about scrumptious chocolates; take special note of their liqueur line which was hawked to the Americans during Prohibition. Purdy's purple-foiled boxes of sweet temptations are the special-occasion chocolate gift. Outlets are scattered throughout the city.
