At the edge of posh Shaughnessy, this Tudor-revival house exudes a peaceful elegance that belies its address on one of Vancouver's busiest thoroughfares. Trade your shoes for plush slippers (provided) in the front hall and head to one of the five king-size rooms, each with a sitting area and appointed with luxurious linens, spa robes, and amenities made locally on Salt Spring Island. There's a self-serve refreshment/coffee bar in the inviting modern lounge; Continental breakfast includes one hot dish. Pros: New, on the main drag into/out of town, customized/independent style of check-in. Cons: Granville Street is very busy, everything at this B&B is so new that you might feel hesitant to dirty the linens!

Loved everything about this B&B, the location is great, the owners are fabulous and so helpful. The beds are amazing, food delicious, and although it is on busy (and very very central) Granville Street, once you're inside this recently built house you are amazed at how peaceful it is. We loved the ability to come and go at anytime without disturbing anyone, arriving late was not a problem with the coded door locks. Could not recommend it enough, we will be returning soon!
