The Flying Tiger

The Flying Tiger Review

Inspired by the street foods of Asia, this laid-back lounge has a menu that roams from the Philippines to Thailand to Singapore. Start with a creative cocktail, perhaps the Bengal Breeze (rum, mint, coconut syrup, and fresh lime juice) or a glass of B.C. wine, then sample a range of small plates, including green papaya salad, petite pancakes heaped with duck confit and fresh herbs, or steamed clams in a coconut-lemongrass broth. This is a fun place to come with a group, but solos are welcome, too.
