Le Marrakech Moroccan Bistro

Fodor's Review:

After you settle into your low, tiled table in this traditional red-walled Moroccan eatery, the staff welcomes you by bringing a pitcher of rose-scented water to wash your hands. Homemade anise-flavored bread pairs well with the starter of golden beets dressed in pomegranate vinaigrette or a trio of salads—pureed eggplant, roasted red pepper, and piquant tomato. For your main, choose from several couscous options or a fresh seafood dish; the spicy stew of cod, scallop, shrimp, and merguez sausage is particularly savory. A belly dancer entertains on weekend evenings.
