Fodor's Review:

Take in cityscapes and mountain views from this spacious room opposite City Hall where the focus is on Cantonese-style seafood, including whole fish, crab, and lobster fresh from the tanks. They do an excellent job with vegetables, too; ask for whatever's fresh that day. Dim sum is served daily. There's another location in suburban Richmond.
