This bustling Cantonese restaurant with locations on the East Side and in suburban Richmond is best known for its excellent dim sum (served 10-3 daily), which ranges from traditional handmade dumplings to some highly adventurous fare. Dinner specialties include roasted squab marinated in the restaurant's secret spice blend and king crab plucked live from the tanks, then steamed with garlic.

Wow -- the dim sum at this place certainly impresses. A very wide selection, with everything made to order (and thus fresh on arrival). The Richmond location is a bit odd (in a mall), but the overwhelming number of Chinese-speaking patrons lets you know that you found the right place.
