The Fish House in Stanley Park
The Fish House in Stanley Park Review
This 1930s former sports pavilion with two verandas and a fireplace is surrounded by gardens, tucked between Stanley Park's tennis courts and putting green. Chef Karen Barnaby's food, including fresh oysters, grilled ahi tuna steak with a green-peppercorn sauce, and corn-husk-wrapped salmon with a maple glaze, is flavorful and unpretentious. Check the fresh sheet for the current day's catch. Traditional English afternoon tea is served between 2 and 4 daily.
