Fodor's Review:

A hip Belgian eatery in a high-ceiling space on a dreary block between Downtown and Gastown has taken Vancouver by storm! A young, smartly dressed crowd hangs out at the bar sipping Belgian beer or funky cocktails such as the "Kissy Suzuki" (vodka infused with jasmine tea and blended with sake, blueberry, and passion fruit), working up an appetite. Classic Belgian dishes are reinvented with flavors from North Africa and beyond: chef Schuermans might rub duck breast with ginger and sumac and serve it with Moroccan-flavored rice pilaf, while moules (mussels) might be sauced with smoked chilies, cilantro, and coconut cream. Unusual, perhaps. Definitely delicious.
