Fodor's Review:

High-energy murals, low lights, and up-tempo (sometimes loud) music draw crowds to this tiny tapas bar. The real star here, though, is the food. From the scallop and tiger-prawn tournedos to the beef tenderloin phyllo Wellington, the chef creates some of the most eclectic small plates in town. Fun is also part of the deal: the chocolate fruit fondue, for example, is designed for two and comes with a paintbrush. Food is served until 1:30 AM (until midnight on Sunday), and the excellent, affordable, wines are all available by the glass.

Great tasting tapas, fantastic service, and a tab you can afford. Don't be afraid to ask your host for help and leave room for dessert.
