Part tapas restaurant, part up-tempo bar, this bustling, often noisy hole-in-the-wall claims to have launched Vancouver's small-plates trend. Adventurous snack-size dishes change frequently and might include smoked black cod paired with a cauliflower and goat cheese purée, Kobe meat balls, crab cakes topped with burnt-orange chipotle sauce, or braised lamb shank with a spicy pomegranate-date glaze. Snack on one or two, or order a bunch and have a feast. The Bin is open
until 2 am most nights.

This is one of my favorite restaurants...ever. It's super tiny, but packs a huge punch with loud music, creative food, and great wine.
