This intimate bistro in downtown Jasper is known for its fresh market ingredients. Chef and owner Andy Allenbach is Swiss born and trained and is one of only 700 certified Chefs de Cuisine in Canada. His dishes have a European flare and regional influence, and include in-season organic fruits and vegetables, wild game, and fresh herbs. From November to April enjoy a three-course table d'hôte for $28.
