Edmonton Tourism operates information centers on the south side of the city and in the downtown area. The downtown center, called World Trade Centre Edmonton, operates an Edmonton Airport's passenger, baggage, and Sky Shuttle facility.

If you're visiting Waterton Lakes National Park, stop on the eastern edge of Waterton Townsite to pick up brochures, maps, and books. Park interpreters are on hand to answer questions and give directions.
