This long, narrow dining room was opened where a pancake house once did business, and it makes use of original hardwood flooring and original brick. The eclectic menu, which changes frequently, is a showcase for Alberta staples. Curried lamb dumplings, panko-crusted venison, and braised bison short ribs are served alongside locally grown vegetables. The menu is divided into small and large plate meals, so it's easy to mix and match. A brunch menu is served on Sunday.
